Refund & Returns Policy
At Filpure, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@filpure.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide a return authorisation number (RMA), which must be included with the returned item.
All returned products must be in a resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, installed, or connected to water.
This includes water filter cartridges that have been opened or used.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order details and photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly. Depending on the situation, we will organise a replacement, repair, or refund. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
