The quality of our water

Regardless of how chemicals and pollutants are disposed of they will eventually find their way into our water supplies.

Rain picks up airborne pollutants as it falls from the sky, these elements make their way into our rivers, lakes and underground aquifers which we rely on for our drinking water.

Agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides travel through-out the soil into our water supplies. Factory’s use disposal sites called shallow injection wells to deposit waste materials. Underground storage tanks for gas and other chemicals often leak their contents into the earth.

MANY ASPECTS CONTRIBUTE TO THE QUALITY OF OUR WATER.
